About Us

Us are very few who have started this effort. Without you, there is no true us. Us are people who are open minded, inclusive, candid, believe in the constitution of this country and work hard to preserve and defend it.

The Democracy workshop is an effort to give us a venue that promotes our cohesiveness through offering Internet access nationwide, and, the real time Chat server. Also, through our numbers and the Market Place, create an economic block.

A majority of us have been involved in various causes. Hundreds of thousands of us have marched, called, written letters, faxed, and attended teach ins. We form a large block of American society. Yet, our impact has a significant time lag. That does not diminish the strength of our causes. It only tells me that there is a need to augment our strength by presenting ourselves as an economic block. Unfortunately, it is not fairness or the truth that count, it is rather the bottom line.

The Democracy Workshop community is structured to make it easy for the members to be part of it and contribute by allowing them the freedom to select their level of involvement. We already have a demanding life, there is no need to complicate it further.

All financial transactions within the community should provide benefits to the members, the management, and non-profit organizations. The membership is encouraged to suggest new services, petition for the inclusion of new non-profits, or any other enhancement to the community.
