providers. Technical support is divided into TWO areas:
Dialup Support:
prior to contacting dialup support, kindly check FAQ
dialup for information that might help you solve or understand the
problem you are facing. One of the major reasons for dialup problems are
short blackouts due to maintenance. We will post or email information
about anticipated black outs which would include information on the type
of maintenance, the network, anticipated time, date, and duration.
If your dialup problem is unanswered in FAQ or through the postings,
you can contact between the hours of 9 am to
5 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, or email dialup@mydemocracy.net
Other
support: it is best to reach us through the website
"Live Chat" link, or, the chat server at #TDW_support. You can also fax
for support relating to chat room and other services, or email support@mydemocracy.net
